EXPERIMENT ON SPRAY FLOW FIELD CHARACTERISTICS AND DEPOSITION PERFORMANCE OF CONICAL WIND FIELD ANTI-DRIFT SPRAY

Conical wind field anti-drift spray is an innovative form of operation using auxiliary air flow, which can resist the generation vortex, and has characteristics reducing droplets loss with at vertical height. In order to explore flow droplet deposition performance under conical field, structure working principle were analyzed based on basic proton dynamics. Spraytec PDPA system used distribution field. Box-Behnken experimental design was analyze performance. The optimum combination parameters height 0.46 m, pressure 0.34 MPa, speed 16.16 m/s, amount 3.39µL·cm-2. optimal.
